TERMS &

CONDITIONS

1. We follow the Sunbed Act (2010) and take customer safety whilst tanning seriously, please abide by our rules.

2. You must wear goggles or Winkies at all times whilst tanning.

3. You are required to have 24 hours between sessions.

4. Please let us know if you have any medical conditions so that we can update your profile accordingly and if any changes to your health.

5. You will need to be over the age of 18 to use sunbeds and be able to provide ID if needed.

6. By using our sunbeds you acknowledge the health risks associated with talent sunbeds are used to own risk and we cannot be liable for overexposure or injury.

7. Unlimited courses cannot be refunded the dates on unlimited courses cannot be changed or post 10% discount cannot be applied to unlimited courses. We are closed on bank holidays and unlimited customers will be credited back on days we are shut.

8. Please be aware that the acrylics on the sunbeds are susceptible to breakage due to the amount of usage. We do not accept any liability for damage or injury caused. The acrylics are clear, see-through material you lay on which covers the tubes.

9. Sunbed courses have a one-year expiry date from when you buy them. If you can no longer use your minutes, you can transfer all your minutes to another existing member.

10. Do you use any creams which are part of our banned list? Oils and balms are creams that are not suitable for use on acrylics. These will deteriorate the acrylics which are expensive to replace.

11. Respect our policy and staff, we will not tolerate abusive behaviour or verbally threatening behaviour in our salon.

12. You cannot use sunbeds if you’re intoxicated, we have the right to refuse you if we suspect you are.
